Can Aloe Vera Aid Exhaustion

Aloe Vera – Probiotics and Over Training

Aloe Vera to combat exhaustionExercising has become incredibly popular nowadays, but a majority of us will go overboard. A typical example of people who go overboard or over train are at the gym three or four times a week giving it their all. Many people who are training to this degree week could experience overtraining.

Overtraining can best be described as experiencing burnout or chronic fatigue. Or put another way – It is an imbalance of physical and psychological training or competition. The early stages of overtraining can be from over exertion and no enough periods of rest. This is called the orthosympathetic form. In the advanced stages your orthosympathetic form can reach a level of exhaustion, which allows the parasympathetic system to become dominant.

The Orthosympathetic Over Trainer

The orthosympathetic over trainer is in a constant stage of fight or flight mode which is born out of fear or action, which should be incidental periods where the body’s adrenal gland will pump out hormones similar to adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol while increasing the human growth hormone and stimulating the thyroid hormone. These glands are the splinters of the group of glands; they have not been created to cope with the grueling demands of a marathon.

The Parasympathetic over Trainer

The parasympathetic overtrainee will produce some of the symptoms usually associated with Addison’s disease. Occasionally, it is described as Addisonoid overtraining. The adrenal glands have become exhausted and they can stopping working effectively and fail to regulate hormonal concentrations as they should, which can cause a serious problem. If routine blood work were to be performed on the overtrainee, it is likely to show progressive anemia with low hemoglobin and low hematocrit.

The person who over trains could complain of underperformance while other common symptoms are susceptibility to common infections and injuries, persistent high level of fatigue, heavy muscles and depression. These are very common symptoms for serious athletes. The athlete’s reaction to times whereby they are underperforming is to neglect rest in prefference to even more training. Many times these common symptoms will be ignored until performance is affected more frequently.

Additional Symptoms Of Over Training

Other additional symptoms of over training is at night and experienecing difficulty sleeping or waking up in the middle of the night or waking up and feeling as though only a few hours of rest have been gained. Other symptoms can include weight loss or lack of appetite, loss of their competitive drive – which could have disasterous consequences for an athlete. A raised emotional instability such as anxiety, depression and mental exhaustion, a poor attitude to training and musculoskeletal soreness all figure prominently.

There is a solution which can be best described as a simple do-it-yourself method of monitoring. You can do this by checking heart rate in the morning when you awaken. Take your pulse immediately after you wake up while you are still in bed. If your pulse is elevated by more than eight beats per minute above its average, you are falling into the category overtraining.

A body weight check can also prove a real eye opener especially in the mornings; your average weight per week should not alter or change more than 2lbs. If it drops more than 3lbs. on any given day, you are again becoming a victim over training.

To solve the condition, the first thing that should be done is to rid your self of any unnecessary stress and workloads and increase your rest. In severe cases, the athlete should stop training altogether for 7-14 days. Have more sleep – Increase your sleep periods to about 9 hours of solid sleep a night and increase your antioxidant intake to 200%.

You will also need to combine a whole food diet and Aloe Vera and probiotics. Many athletes have trained for 3 or 4 times per week without giving their bodies the necessary food and fuel it requires to keep up with the arduos amount of training. Improving the body’s immunity of the athletes can reduce the number and the length of the infections aquire or they may receive. Aloe Vera along in conjunctions with probiotics will do just that.

1-litre-aloe-vera1Not only athelete’s but anybody suffering from an imbalance between physical and psychological stress should change their balance and use Aloe Vera, probiotics and highly absorbable whole food nutrition to recover.

Tablet Form Aloe Vera is quite possibly the best way to introduce the benefits into your system.

Can Aloe Vera Help Allergies

ALoe Vera to treat allergiesAloe Vera and its effect on allergic reaction has been well documented. Some of the allergies that pure form Aloe Vera provides great relief to are: pollen, chemicals, dander, perfume, dust mites and certain foods.

Allergies or allergic reaction can be caused by many things – some can be passed on by our parents and some can be provoked by the environment we live in.

In some it is the combination of hereditary weaknesses of digestion, nutrition, and environment. In order to reduce the conflict with allergies it is necessary to strengthen connective tissue called collagen. When the collagen tissue is weakened in the nasal passages, lung tissues and intestinal tract cell walls allow foreign bodies to enter via the blood stream, which causes and the allergy or the allergic reaction.

This reaction can be stopped or reversed by using Aloe Vera.

Pure Aloe VeraPure form Aloe Vera has an acidic pH, which persuades the body to produce the correct amounts of hydrochloric acid to improve your digestion. A person with allergies sometimes are inflicted with a weak digestion, which will not allow the body to absorb the correct amount of nutrients from the foods and supplements consumed. Once the body starts receiving the correct amount of nutrients, it will start producing collagen and will build up tissue structure to stave off and fight the allergies.

Aloe Vera contains the glycomannan complex, which provides additional aid to strengthen the tissue cell walls. Natural anti-inflammatory and analgesics are present in the yellow sap portion of the aloe vera, which helps to reduce the swelling, the pain and the skin irritation. Camestrol, B-sitosterol, lupeol, and salicylic acid also found in aloe vera will help provide additional allergy relief.

Detox With Aloe Vera

The body’s liver can hold the key to many allergies and skin reactions. By detoxifying and cleansing the liver many people have found relief from skin irritants like hives, eczema and psoriasis.

The cleansing and detoxifying of the liver is something, which needs to be done periodically – a bit like Spring Cleaning about once a year. It has been discovered that by detoxifying the liver using Aloe Vera can enhance liver functions. In fact there are many compounds found in Aloe Vera, which can help the liver function.

A nasty irritating fungus called candida albicans can also be part of the problem. This fungus can be found in most people to varying degrees. If large amounts are present in the body candida can cause many problems, some minor but some rather nasty. Symptoms include a white-coated tongue, yeast and fungal infections, jock itch, allergy, chemical sensitivity and poor digestion.

pure-cleanse-free-trial To prevent the growth and spread of Candida a diet high in proteins and vegetables and low in carbohydrates and sugars can help. Aloe Vera along with a good probiotic supplement can also help with this problem.

A study was performed on the Chemomodulatory action of Aloe vera on the profiles of enzymes associated with carcinogen metabolism and antioxidant status in laboratory mice. The study was done to provide date on the fact “Aloe facilitates detoxification providing chemoprotection against carcinogens and other toxins, including drugs.

Cleanse and Detox With Pure Cleanse

The effect of two doses of 30 micol and 60 microl per day per mice for 14 days of the fresh leaf pulp extract of Aloe vera was examined on carcinogen-metabolizing phase-I and phase-II enzymes, antioxidant enzymes, glutahione content, lactate dehydrogenase and lipid peroxidation in the liver of mice. The modulatory effect of the pulp extract was also examined on extrahepatic organs (lungs, kidney and forestomach) for the activities of glutathione S-transferase. DT-diophorase, superoxide dismutase and catalase. The positive control mice were treated with butylated hydroxyansiola (BHA). Aloe vera notably reduced the level of cytochrome P450 and cytochrome b5. Thus, Aloe vera is clearly the inducer of phase-II enzyme system. Treatment with both doses of Aloe caused a decrease in malondiaidehyde (MDA) formation and the activity of lactate dehydrogens in the liver, suggesting its role in protection against proozidant-induced membrane and cellular damage.

The microsomal and cytosolic protein was substantially improved by the Aloe vera, indicating a possibility of its involvement in the induction of protein synthesis. BHA, an Antioxidant compound, provided the authenticity of our assay protocol and response of animals against modulator. The pulp extract was effective in inducing GST, DTD, DOD and catalase as measured in extrahepatic organs. Besides the liver, other organs such as the lungs, kidneys and forestomach were also influenced by Aloe vera in a favorable way in order to detoxify reactive metabolites, including chemical carcinogens and drugs.

The study was performed in the Cancer Biology Laboratory, School of Life Sciences, Jawaharial Nehru University y, in New Delhi, India.

Aloe Vera And IBS

Can Aloe Vera Help IBS

IBS treated using Aloe VeraIrritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is sometimes known as spastic colon, mucous colitis, spastic colitis, irritable colon or nervous stomach. – it is a condition that affects the functioning of the bowel and usually causes the sufferer mild to acute abdominal pain and unusual bowel habits.

IBS is reasonably common – around 40% of visits to gastroenterologists are because of irritable bowel syndrome. It is estimated that around 15% of the UK population has suffered from IBS at one time or another.

IBS can be quite difficult to diagnose and quite often a sufferer will not seek medical attention and just assume that he or she has a nervous stomach.

The condition is often described and classified as being a functional disorder that is controlled by the brain. Functional disorders are hard to identify exactly and so an endoscopy, x-ray, or blood test will not identify the condition. IBS is diagnosed from the characteristics of the symptoms rather than any physical examination.

Symptoms Of IBS

The symptoms of IBS are wide ranging and can cause mild to severe suffering. The usual symptoms are abdominal pain and discomfort – this usually occurs in the lower abdomen. Unusual bowel movements and chronic diarrhea, constipation, or both – either mixed or in alternation are other common characteristics.

Other less common symptoms include

  • Bloating
  • Nausea
  • A Premature Feeling Of Fullness
  • Heartburn

What Causes IBS

Decades ago IBS was not considered a real condition and so sufferers who sought medical help were often tagged as hypochondriacs. Nowadays it is interpreted as a real physiological condition that requires some kind of treatment.

It is not know with any great certainty what causes IBS – although understanding what could trigger the condition is getting more and more conclusive.

Possible Causes are:

  • An overgrowth or surge of bacteria in the small intestines. It has been for people to develop symptoms after a bout of gastroenteritis.
  • Stress – There is real medical evidence that stress has a bearing on cause the bowel to behave differently, but a large proportion of suffers have noted that stressful situation have resulted in a an attack of IBS.
  • Food allergies – again it has never been proven that certain foods can bring on an attack of IBS.

Because we still know relatively little about the causes of IBS – it is still very speculatory – it will only be a matter of time until overwhelming co-coincidental evidence points us to what the exact causes really are.
