Aloe Vera to combat exhaustion

Exercising has become incredibly popular nowadays, but a majority of us will go overboard. A typical example of people who go overboard or over train are at the gym three or four times a week giving it their all. Many people who are training to this degree week could experience overtraining.

Overtraining can best be described as experiencing burnout or chronic fatigue. Or put another way - It is an imbalance of physical and psychological training or competition. The early stages of overtraining can be from over exertion and no enough peroids of rest. This is called the orthosympathetic form. In the advanced stages your orthosympathetic form can reach a level of exhaustion, which allows the parasympathetic system to become dominant.

The Orthosympathetic Over Trainer

The orthosympathetic over trainer is in a constant stage of fight or flight mode which is bourn out of fear or action, which should be incidental periods where the body’s adrenal gland will pump out hormones similar to adrenaline, noradrenaline and cortisol while increasing the human growth hormone and stimulating the thyroid hormone. These glands are the splinters of the group of glands; they have not been created to cope with the grueling demands of a marathon.
